- Contact & order data (name, delivery address, phone number) — provided by you over the phone or WhatsApp when placing an order.
- Communication records — phone call logs and WhatsApp message threads related to your order.
- Cookie preference — stored in your browser's localStorage to remember whether you accepted or declined cookies.
- IP address — only transmitted to Google's servers if you accept cookies, via Google Fonts.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technology.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Order and delivery records: 3 years from delivery date
- Invoices and payment records: 10 years (Turkish tax law)
- Cookie preference: until you clear browser storage or maximum 1 year
